Adam Saleh, a young American YouTube star of Arab heritage, is blasting Delta Airlines after being tossed from a New York-bound flight for purportedly causing a disturbance.
In a series of posts and videos widely circulated on social media Wednesday morning, Saleh and a friend are shown being escorted from a plane at London's Heathrow Airport — because he says he was heard speaking Arabic to his companion and during a phone call to his mother before takeoff.

Note: some strong language in video.
"Guys, we spoke a different language on the plane and now we're getting kicked out," Saleh declares in the footage, which sparked an immediate backlash against the airline on social media.
"I spoke a word in a different language and you said you feel uncomfortable? ... I can't believe it."
In the video, several fellow passengers are seen defending Saleh, while others at the back of the plane wave goodbye as airline personnel escort he and his friend out.
Saleh's subsequent social media updates indicate he and his companion met with police, re-checked by security, booked on a different airline to New York and that he would speak to a lawyer after his return home. He also urged for a boycott of Delta Airlines.
UPDATE: Delta just brought the police to speak to us.

On Twitter, Delta said the incident is under review.
"Two customers were removed from this flight and later rebooked after a disturbance in the cabin resulted in more than 20 customers expressing their discomfort. We're conducting a full review to understand what transpired. We are taking allegations of discrimination very seriously; our culture requires treating others with respect," the airline said in a series of tweets.
